I was able to sneak away for a weekend trip to visit some of the most popular tourist destinations in Michigan. It ended up being cool and a bit rainy, but we were able to make the best of it. I also was able to enjoy fresh seafood from the local restaurants.
One thing I’ve read many times over the yeas was that photography workshops are one of the best things you could attend. It was on my to-do list for a while, but I never got around to it. Then I googled smoky mountain photo workshops and found a few different ones. As I looked at each of them, I came across one specifically for Fuji X photographers. I narrowed it down between two different workshops and choose the Fuji X one.
I had a great time at the Workshop. On the first night, we picked our carpool groups for the length of the workshop; special thanks to Dennis for volunteering to drive. As it turned out, our group quickly became friends and learned so much from each other.
Thanks Susan, Dennis, and Gary for making this trip even better!
Looking forward to the upcoming photo workshop. Just one day away!
I drove to Cade’s Cove in the evening and found a Coyote in the field. I also spotted this cool looking tree and my car looks so tiny in the background.
